This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and rates, ensuring transparency and compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

We currently deliver to addresses within Singapore only.

Shipping Costs (100% Free Shipping)

We offer complimentary tracked delivery on every order, regardless of size or value.

  2. Cost: S$0.00 (Free) for all orders.
  3. Minimum Order Value: None.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We define working days as Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays.

1. Order Handling Time (Processing)

Handling time is the period between when a customer places an order and when the item is picked up by our delivery partner.

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM SGT on a working day will be processed and handed to the carrier the same day.
  • Handling Time Range: 0–1 Working Day. (Orders placed after 12:00 PM SGT Friday will be handled on the following Monday).

2. Transit Time (Delivery Lead Time)

Transit time is the period between when the carrier picks up the package and when it is delivered to the customer.

Transit Time Range: 3–5 Working Days.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

This is the total time from order placement to final delivery (Handling Time + Transit Time). This is the time frame you should submit to Google Merchant Center.

Total Delivery Time Range: 3–6 Working Days (e.g., 0-1 day handling + 3-5 days transit).

Note on Peak Periods: During high-volume sales events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12) or major Public Holidays, processing and transit times may be extended by an additional 5 working days.

Tracking & Support

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link within 12 hours once your order has been shipped.
  • Customer Support: If you have not received your tracking information or your order is delayed beyond the stated 6 working days, please contact us immediately:
